About the Hackathon
The first hackathon event that brings the best builders from all over the world to congregate, challenge themselves, and compete to propose and develop the best solutions in 16 hours. Organized as a precursor to RISING Batam — Tech Leadership Summit 2026.
This is a technology agnostic hackathon. Participants can use their preferred tech stack from both AI and conventional tools — we prioritize outcomes over technology.

Rules
Eligibility
Open to anyone 18+. Teams of 2–5. One submission per team.
Original Work
Build during the event window. Pre-existing code must be disclosed.
Tech Agnostic
Use any tech stack. AI tools are allowed — disclose models and data used.
Submissions
Public repo, 3-min demo video, and written submission by the deadline.
Conduct
Be respectful. Harassment or cheating means disqualification.
IP
You own your work. Submitting grants Batam Innovation Center license to use it.
